My poster concept for Made in the West Film Festival which includes digital illustrations.
The client wanted a futuristic backdrop with elements of Sydney with the central figure being a robot emerging from a portal. The robot however needed to be heroic and non-violent so I conceptualized a robot that is striking a dramatic pose while holding out a movie ticket. This mundane element contrasts with the action-oriented scene of a robot emerging out of a portal from the future. All these elements are united by the colours I used to contrast the future and present elements.

The deliverables included a lightbox poster, an invitation and a digital banner.
